Kuopas will have 184 new studios in Puijonlaakso during Spring 2021 – Apply now

Taivaanpankko is our newest location with 105 new studios, built in Puijonlaakso area just next to Kuopio campus area. First tenants will move in on 1.3.2021. A second building will be the Ahkio (Ahkiotie 8) with 79 new studios a bit later in the Spring. Kuopas will also build a third new building to the Center area, Minna Canthin katu 27 in the end of 2022. With all three locations Kuopio will have around 230 new studios for our students!

Kuopas is the green choice in housing

All studios in Taivaanpankontie 15 are studios with 23,5-31,2m2. The first floor has a common area with a kitchen.

It is easy to move in to these new apartments. They have integrated work and kitchen desks with lights and media shelfs. This means, you will only need a bed and a chair to get started! The building is very energy efficient with solar panels and intelligent energy controlling systems. The yard has great storage areas for bikes, and the views are great.

As an addition to our buildings’ efficient designs, all our heating and electricity is produced with zero emissions. Our goal is to create great housing to the students of today, but also remembering the students of tomorrow by designing with nature in mind.
