Special Saunas for tenants and student organizations
Kuopas has three special saunas available for Kuopas tenants and student organizations to rent for evening gatherings.
The special sauna is rented for the period from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Please note, that the time of silence starts at 10:00 PM.
The invoice will be sent to the tenant one week before the reservation and is due the day before the reservation. The payment receipt must be presented when collecting the key from customer service office. The key must be returned to customer service or dropped into the return box at the back door of the office by 12:00 PM on the next business day, in an envelope labeled “special sauna” with the name of the reserving person/contact person. A fee of 100 euros will be charged for an unreturned key. The person reserving the sauna/contact person is responsible for ensuring that the sauna area is left clean and the doors are locked. Please read the sauna instructions sent to you after your reservation.
A reserved sauna can be canceled without charge one week before the reservation. If you cancel later, half of the fee will be charged to the reserving person.

Size of sauna: sauna + lounge max. 15 people, meeting room max. 20 people
Fee: 150 € inc. sauna, lounge, kitchen and meeting room.
There is a coffee maker and a cooker in the kitchen. There is a television, a video and an overhead projector in the meeting room.

Size of sauna: max. 6 people
Fee: 80 € inc. sauna, lounge, kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and dishes and cutlery for six people.

There is a coffee maker and a hot cooking plate in the kitchenette. There is a television in the lounge.
